So last year i was involved in an accident, it said she was driver 1. the cop said it was her fault. But on the police report it doe not explain nothing. so nationwide sued her and the insurance refuse to pay still. so the driver countersued me. today is court I have class so i did not go. nationwide sent an attorney. she said I was driving too fast and my car is crapty (she claimed I said my car is crapty) which i did not. Anyways will the court know from the police report if she cut me off and did not yield to me when i was driving straight and she was turning in the parking lot. The cop said it was her fault and she knows it. But shes being cocky. if she goes to court and i didn't will it affect me. an attorney was sent for my behalf. this happened in illinois....
